You can choose a 6-week or an 8-week program, depending on how much support you'd like.
The 6-week program includes three one-hour 1:1 phone calls and three message check-ins.
The 8-week program includes four one-hour calls and four message check-ins.
Both give you direct message access to me throughout the program for questions and guidance.
Calls and check-ins alternate.
You'll have a 1:1 call one week and a message check-in the next, so you always have time to put what we discussed into action before we catch up again.
It's fully remote, so you can join from anywhere. All calls are by phone and all check-ins are by message.
